Edward J. McNamara has diverse experience in all areas of commercial real estate transactions. Ted's practice area is primarily structured finance and he co-chairs the Firm's conduit mortgage loan origination group. Ted previously worked at Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal (1988-1991) and Hebb & Gitlin, P.C. (1992-1994).

Ted received a B.A., summa cum laude, in 1985 from Rutgers University and his J.D. in 1988 from Columbia Law School. Ted is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut.

Ted and his wife Anne live in Glastonbury with their three children.
