Gregory W. Piecuch represents clients in all aspects of real property law, including planning and zoning matters, land use litigation, title litigation, real estate transactions, boundary and easement disputes, mechanic�s liens, and foreclosures. He also maintains a commercial law practice, representing businesses and individuals in matters relating to business formation, contract law, corporate torts, securities law and intellectual property issues. Greg is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of Connecticut, and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
Greg received his Bachelor of Arts in Government from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he was a Charles A. Dana Scholar and was named to Who's Who in American Universities and Colleges. Prior to entering law school, he lived in Boston, Massachusetts, where he worked in the investment banking industry and earned his NASD Series 7 license. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. While in law school, Greg served on the Editorial Board of the
Connecticut Law Review.
Greg grew up in Simsbury, where he graduated from Simsbury High School. He resides in Simsbury, where he currently holds office as Vice Chairman of the Simsbury Performing Arts Center Board. He previously was an elected member of the Simsbury Planning Commission. An Eagle Scout, Greg also volunteers his time as the Troop Committee Chairman of Simsbury�s Boy Scout Troop 174.
